1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User"), and Good Builder CV (operated by Antinna, founded by Manish), concerning your access to and use of the goodbuilder.cv web application and related services.

By accessing or using Good Builder CV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Usage License

Good Builder CV and its original content, features, web application architecture, custom resume templates, and branding are the property of Antinna and founder Manish.

  • User-Generated Resumes: You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and title to all resume content, text, employment histories, and career documents you create, edit, download, or export using Good Builder CV.
  • Free Service License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, free personal license to use Good Builder CV to generate, print, and export CVs, resumes, and cover letters for personal career and job application purposes.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a user of Good Builder CV, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent career information in resumes intended for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the web application's codebase or infrastructure.
  • Use automated scripts or scraping bots to interrupt website performance or disrupt service availability for other users.

4. Local Browser Storage & Data Backup

Good Builder CV operates entirely in your client-side browser storage (localStorage) to protect your privacy. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for saving and exporting your resume files via the built-in Export JSON or Download PDF / HTML features.
  • Clearing your web browser's cache or local storage will remove saved resume data on that specific device. Antinna and Good Builder CV are not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser history.

5. Advertisements & Monetag Network Compliance

Good Builder CV incorporates advertisements served through third-party ad networks, specifically Monetag and Google AdSense. By using Good Builder CV, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advertisements served by Monetag and third-party vendors are governed by the respective network privacy policies, ad delivery rules, and terms of service.
  • Interacting with third-party advertisements or external links is at your own discretion. Good Builder CV and Antinna do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products or services advertised on our site.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Good Builder CV is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality resume templates and ATS tools, we do not guarantee job placements, interview offers, or employment outcomes resulting from using our platform.

In no event shall Antinna, Manish, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of Good Builder CV following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
